Marcela Henao

Marcela Henao created her first business in Colombia, providing analog caller ID devices in the '90s. She sold the largest Telecom deal in the history of Bellcore in Colombia. Marcela relocated to the US with Telcordia to develop and negotiate the NAP of the Americas project for $250M, later becoming Terremark (TWW), acquired by Verizon in 2012. Marcela co-founded Leapfactor in 2010. Co-Founded and  successfully sold an an X-Border Fintech in 2018 and later started Leap Financial acquired in 2021 by ABANKGARD. Marcela is an Endeavor entrepreneur since 2015.
